Frank Anthony Iero (Belleville, 31 ottobre 1981) è un chitarrista statunitense, attualmente è il chitarrista della band My Chemical Romance.
Nato da genitori divorziati, vive con la madre ed inizia a suonare la chitarra ad 11 anni guardando il vocalist nonché chitarrista dei Green day, Billie Joe Armstrong. E' alto 1.64, secondo una sua intervista radiofonica. Ha gli occhi nocciola, i capelli castano scuro, un piercing al naso e uno al labbro ed entrambi i lobi delle orecchie bucati. Ha una quantità enorme di tatuaggi (nella band è quello che ne ha di più, nonostante sia il più giovane)-entrambe le braccia ne sono ricoperte, uno scorpione dietro l'orecchio destro, ed altri disegni dall'altra parte, una grande scritta "Keep the faith" sotto il collo, appena sopra il tatoo di Jack'O Lantern (Il suo primo tatuaggio,fatto per il suo 18° compleanno), due pistole incrociate in fondo alla schiena, una fiamma con scritto "Hope" sul petto, la scritta "Halloween" sulle dita, "I wish I were a ghost" intorno al polso destro, la scritta "Live each day as if it were your last" sulla coscia, in fondo alla pancia un grande tatuaggio rappresentante la scritta "Search And Destroy" in mezzo a 2 colombe, le lettere "NJ" all'interno del labbro inferiore e il ritratto del nonno batterista sul braccio sinistro eseguito da Kat Von D durante l'ottava puntata di LA Ink.
Inizia la sua carriera da chitarrista suonando nella band Prency Prep (di cui era anche vocalist), ha suonato nei Sector 12,nei I am a graveyard e negli Hybrid. Abbandonò la Rutgers University per dedicarsi pienamente ai My Chemical Romance. Le sue band preferite sono i Black flag,The Bouncing souls,American nightmare,The dresden dolls,Give Up the Ghost. Adora la saga di Harry Potter, è vegetariano ed è fidanzato sin dal liceo con Jamia Nestor.Con lei e Gina ha fondato la Skeleton Crew,etichetta discografica,casa editrice e linea di abbigliamento. Suona con una Epiphone Les Paul Elite Series e una 1981 Zakk Wylde "Grail" Gibson Les Paul personalizzata. Attualmente oltre che chitarrista ritmico per i My Chemical Romance e' anche lead vocals per i LeatherMouth.
